We have a complete in-house Motor Test Lab (including climate-controlled rooms). Experienced on-site lab technician and application engineers for testing and troubleshooting motors – 150 motors in stock to couple with your motor for life testing.

Our Testing Capabilities
Test from 1 amp to 700 amps and different radial and linear speeds.
Test for wear rates and product life, as well as how brushes and other products function at different speeds, frequencies, temperatures, contact surface diameters, and shaft surface finishes. We also conduct vane testing in pumps.
Have pure DC power supplies, rectified DC with capacitors, and AC drives to simulate various power supplies that customers may be using.
Experience incorporating customer-supplied products such as special power supplies, motors, generators, data logging software, and more into the testing.
Research & Development
Material Analysis – analysis of the electrical and mechanical properties of carbon and graphite materials.
Experienced engineering staff for material development.
Custom grade formulations – carbon graphite, copper graphite, graphite and silver graphite.
