- Due to government regulations on export, this sale is valid for U.S. final destinations. If final destination is outside the U.S. please contact us.
- If you would like to return a Helwig stock item for reasons other than quality, we will accept the product if it is within one year of shipment from our factory. Stock items must be in original Helwig packaging, un-used and in salable condition. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed to credits for stock items that meet this criteria.

- Quotation is valid for 30 days.
- All items, stocked or non-stocked, are subject to material availability at the time an order is placed.
- Minimum Order Amount per line item:
- Brushes and BPKs: Stock – $50 USD. Non-stock – $160 USD.
- Brush Holders and Springs: $200 USD.
- Mechanical Carbon Graphite Products: $500 USD.
- Lead times are in business days, exclude transit time, and begin upon receipt of a complete and accepted order.
- Non-stocked, custom, and made-to-order items are Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable (NCNR) once order acknowledgment is issued.
- Shipment Quantity Variance for Custom / Non-Stocked Items
Due to manufacturing variations, the following shipment tolerances apply:
- 48 units or fewer: Exact quantity shipped
- 49–95 units: Up to +10% over the ordered quantity
- 96 units and above: ±10% of the ordered quantity
Customer agrees to accept and pay for the actual quantity shipped within these stated tolerances. Shipment within these limits shall be deemed full performance of the order.

- Order Subject to Payment and Freight Terms Outlined in Quote
- Orders $10,000 USD and above may require a down payment
- Due to government regulations on export, this quotation is valid for U.S. final destinations. If final destination is outside the U.S. please contact us.
- Storage of Finished Goods. Goods are considered ready for shipment upon Seller’s written notice to Buyer that the order is complete and available for pickup or carrier dispatch. If Buyer has not provided shipping instructions, designated a carrier, or accepted delivery within fifteen (15) calendar days of such notice, Seller may assess a storage charge equal to two percent (2%) of the invoice value of the affected goods per month, prorated daily, until the goods are released for shipment. A minimum storage charge of fifty dollars ($50) per month may apply. Storage charges are invoiced separately and are due under the same payment terms as the underlying order. This provision applies whether the delay is caused by Buyer, Buyer’s carrier, or any third party acting on Buyer’s behalf, but does not apply to delays caused by Seller.
